1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of the Crypto Aladdin platform, tools, and related services (Platform, Service, we, us, our).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately. The Platform is operated by the Crypto Aladdin Team.

2. Description of the Platform

Crypto Aladdin provides analytical tools and automated systems for token discovery, wallet analytics, on-chain research, trade signals, manual trading assistance, automated copy trading, and test automated trading.

The Platform is non-custodial: users retain full ownership and control of their wallets through a self-custody model. Crypto Aladdin does not hold or manage user funds. The Platform is not a broker, exchange, asset manager, financial advisor, or investment service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are fully responsible for all actions taken under your account.

5. Wallets and Self-Custody Model

5.1. When creating a trading wallet, the Platform generates a seed phrase, which is shown exclusively to you. You are solely responsible for storing and protecting your seed phrase.

5.2. The wallet and all assets stored within it belong entirely to you. Crypto Aladdin does not custody, store, or control your assets.

5.3. The Platform may have technical access to your wallet solely to execute automated trades according to your settings.

5.4. You may withdraw your assets at any time, either through the Platform interface or independently using your seed phrase in any compatible external wallet.

5.5. If you withdraw funds outside the Platform, automated trading will stop functioning.

5.6. The Platform cannot restore or recover your seed phrase.

6. Adding and Withdrawing Funds

6.1. You may fund your wallet in the following cryptocurrencies:

  • USDT (ERC20)
  • USDT (TRC20)
  • BTC
  • ETH
  • BNB
  • TON

6.2. Funds added to the wallet are used exclusively for automated trading and related functions.

6.3. You may withdraw funds at any time, without restrictions.

6.4. The Platform does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. The only fees applied are blockchain network fees.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

7.1. Payments for products and subscriptions are made in cryptocurrency.

7.2. All payments are final and non-refundable.

7.3. The Platform does not provide currency conversion services.

8. Automated Trading

8.1. Automated trades are executed based on the parameters you configure. By enabling automated trading, you authorize the Platform to open and close trades on your behalf.

8.2. Trade execution may involve minor deviations from expected prices due to network delays, market conditions, or automated processes.

8.3. You acknowledge that automated trading involves significant risk, including the potential loss of all funds.

8.4. The Platform does not guarantee trade execution speed, accuracy of signals, profitability, or that copied trades will mirror the original wallet's results.

9. Manual Trading and Signals

9.1. Signals provided by the Platform are informational only and do not constitute financial advice. You decide whether to act on them.

9.2. Signals may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete.

10. Test Automated Trading

10.1. Test automated trading simulates trades using virtual balances. No real assets are used.

10.2. Simulation results do not represent or predict real trading outcomes.

11. No Financial Advice

11.1. The Platform does not provide investment advice or recommendations. All information is for educational and informational purposes only.

11.2. You assume full responsibility for your investment decisions.

11.3. Crypto Aladdin does not guarantee profitability or performance of any strategy or automated tool.

12. Risks

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

  • cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile
  • you may lose all funds in your wallet
  • automated trading may perform unexpectedly
  • copied trades may result in losses
  • blockchain networks may malfunction
  • smart contracts may contain vulnerabilities
  • technical failures may interrupt trading

You use the Platform at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: Crypto Aladdin is not liable for financial losses, trade outcomes, asset loss due to user error, or any blockchain network issues. Crypto Aladdin does not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted access. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it.

14. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt the Platform
  • use the Service for illegal activities
  • share or transfer your account
  • interfere with automated algorithms
  • misuse the Platform for fraud or exploitation

15. Modifications

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in suspicious or harmful activity. You may stop using the Platform at any time.
